Welcome to Panther Business IT Services. We specialise in IT Help Desk services for SME’s. Our services are available on-site, over the phone or remotely to suit your needs. In addition to our monthly services (see below), we offer the following IT Help Desk services at an hourly rate:

  • Computer repairs and upgrades
  • PC and Mac troubleshooting (e.g problems with Windows or Mac OSX)
  • Virus removal and malware remediation
  • Data recovery and migration
  • Database troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Computer system deployment and maintenance
  • Network deployment and maintenance
  • Other general IT support for PCs, Macs and Mobile devices

If you need new hardware, we sell new PC’s, printers, networking equipment and other hardware at competitive prices, as well as custom built PCs to meet your specifications.

We charge £80 per hour (ex VAT) forone off IT Help Desk support but offer free support for all our monthly services.

We also offer a general IT support contract for £25 ex vat per month per computer and £5 ex vat per month for mobile devices.
