But we do like to make our customers aware that our subscription services (e.g our Cloud  Storage, Monitored Backups, Exchange Email, Security Software) ensure that even the worst IT disasters are easily dealt with, and will potentially help you to avoid any IT support costs altogether.

But even when our services don’t completely mitigate all costs for IT Support, they still help you to get incredible value for repairs and keep your data safe. For example, our monitored backups can restore a PC or Mac’s entire operating system, software, settings, files (literally everything) onto a completely new computer. So even if a particular computer is not economically worth repairing, it’s incredibly simple and efficient to just replace it with a new computer and pick up right where you left off.
