Will my data be available if I lose internet connection?
Yes, absolutely. At the heart of our solution is the concept of synchronisation, not just storage.
Any data will also be stored offline unless you specify that it should be online only (which you may want to do to save hard drive space on a particular computer).
If a team is working together and your internet connection drops, data will still be synchronised over the local area network (LAN) so you can keep working as if nothing happened.
The system works by combining the idea of storage, backup and synchronisation into one intelligent system.
Is it easy to set up?
Panther Business IT Services will carry out the entire set up and data migration for you. This can be done outside of business hours, and team members will only need around 5 minutes training to make sure they are using the system correctly.
How much does it cost?
There are two elements to the cost. The monthly or annual subscription, which is determined by the number of users, and then the initial setup and migration cost.
The subscription cost is per user, that is each human being using the system. It doesn’t matter if each user has 1 computer/mobile device or 100. The subscription cost depends on the number of users and whether you pay monthly or annually, but pricing starts from £130 ex VAT per user annually.
There is a minimum of 3 users for this service.
